If your looking for someone who is very thorough, Rick is your guy. It took several hours. It was 95 degrees out that day and he did not cut corners nor shorten the inspection to get home with air conditioning. He looked through every nook and cranny of the home. Very professional. I highly recommend.

“Rick did two home inspections for me in the last month & one mold test. He is very thorough & if you have any questions he takes the time to explain what anything on the report means. He also provides plenty of pics & circles key issues in RED to make them standout. His report is laid out so that in the first 1-2 pages you see all of the issues that he has found & they are laid out from large issues to small issues. Then he references the pages where pics & other details are explained further. I shopped around & found Rick to be very competitive. Rick Fish is a rare find in this industry.
